"We travel from Werribee western suburbs to this amazing place. The food is always fresh and absolutely authentic ethnic and tasty . YUMMY We always have their fresh Lamb skewers which are uniquely spiced and so tasty. The hand pulled noodles are at next level with very well balanced spice blend, the fresh crisp veggies and amazing Lamb pieces topped by yummy mushrooms, this is far by our favourite. Very good service and makes you feel like home. Keep the good work Sister and brother. We will be back for more. Highly recommended"
"My family and I had a great experience dining at this lovely and cozy Uyghur restaurant which my son found online. The food was flavoursome with the right hint of spice and the lamb skewers were well marinaded and addictive, with delicious crispy bits of lamb fat. The glass noodle dish was the most delicious and the handmade noodles had a unique chewy texture which we loved. The soup with irregular shaped noodles and lamb was perfect for a cold winter night. Though it might not have the strong flavours of the other dishes, I kept going back for more. The green beans were crunchy and worked well with the peppercorns. Overall, we were satisfied with the delicious meal and would definitely be back for more heavenly delicious lamb dishes."
"Ok, I’ll just get this out of the way first…the service is almost non-existent, and the decor is…not to my taste. But at least they’re upfront about the former. They state that it’s self serve for pretty much everything other than the cooking. Thankfully, the food itself is delicious. Particularly good were the lab skewers. Surprisingly large pieces of meat, cooked perfectly and seasoned just right."
"Yum Budget friendly and good dish size! CAVEAT: If there are many waiting customers, LEAVE. The wait time could easily go over 40 minutes."
"Absolutely loved this place! The service was 10/10 — the lady serving us was super nice and welcoming, and she even gave us complimentary fruit and tea which was such a thoughtful touch. The prices were really cheap for the quality and portion sizes. The servings were big and definitely shareable, making it great value for money. The flavour of everything we ordered was excellent. The lamb skewers were fresh, full of flavour, and perfectly cooked — and at $5 each, they’re very well priced. The handmade noodles were a standout too, with a great texture and perfectly balanced spices. Highly recommend if you’re after authentic Uyghur food with amazing service and generous portions!"
"Love this place! The food is incredible and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Go to spot! Must try the skewers"
"Was craving some home made noodles and as I live in the area, googled 'Uyghur noodles' and this restaurant came up. So glad I stopped in. I bought a soup I hadn't seen at an Uyghur restaurant. The soup was so delicious. The flavours were light and it tasted super delicious and felt like a really healthy, light and flavoursome soup. I can't wait to get together a big group of people so I can visit and order all all the larger sharing dishes."
"The best Uyghur restaurant! An amazing family run restaurant that serves delicious Uyghur food. Fresh ingredients, handmade noodles and full of flavour. The lamb skewers and goshluk laghman are a must try, they taste so good!"
